Tariffs

There are no customs charges for deliveries to a recipient with a receiving address based in Switzerland.

Orders placed outside Switzerland are subject to customs taxes specific to the country of receipt of the order, for which Stay Alive vintage store cannot be held responsible. The customer must find out about the taxes and import costs of the items he wishes to order in the country of receipt.

Stay Alive vintage store reserves the right to accept or not an order for delivery outside Switzerland, without conditions.


Delivery in SWITZERLAND and
OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND:

Shipments are made after receipt of payment by Stay Alive vintage store.

Items are shipped from our stock in the canton of Neuchâtel.


Items are sent by post (Switzerland) within approximately 1 to 5 days for SWITZERLAND and 1 to 8 days for countries outside SWITZERLAND.

The delivery area of ​​our products is currently mainly focused on Switzerland, EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia.

However, we accept delivery to some other countries.


For shipments outside Swiss borders:


We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order for delivery outside Switzerland.

In the event of an order delivered to certain defined countries of Europe, there will be no duty-free shipment because Stay Alive vintage store is not subject to Swiss VAT.

Import, customs and foreign VAT charges in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These import costs are specific to each country and each legislation and are not attributable to Stay Alive vintage store. Please find out about the legislation in force for importing into the country where you want delivery before validating the order.

In case of return of goods, all return and export costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are delivered by La Poste.

Stay Alive vintage store cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to La Poste or other third-party carriers.

Stay Alive vintage store strives to respect, as far as possible, the agreed delivery times. However, compliance with these deadlines cannot be guaranteed. The impossibility of respecting an agreed deadline does not confer on the buyer any right, of any nature whatsoever, vis-à-vis Stay Alive vintage store. 
In particular, delays do not give the buyer the right to refuse the goods, they do not entitle him either to compensation for the costs resulting from the delay, or to repair of any kind whatsoever. The delivery period is extended by an appropriate period if Stay Alive vintage store does not receive the data necessary for the execution of the order in good time or if the order has been subject to subsequent changes.

At the express request of the buyer, Stay Alive vintage store can take out transport insurance for shipments; the resulting costs are charged to the buyer. Damage incurred during transport must be reported without delay.

Absence upon receipt of the postal item

If a package cannot be delivered to the recipient by La Poste, it will be left for several days in the responsible post office or Pick-up subsidiary. If no one picks up the package within this time, La Poste will return it to Stay Alive vintage store. If a second transport proves necessary for rerouting to the recipient, we shall be entitled to invoice the customer for this.


PLEASE NOTE: Stay Alive vintage store does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Non-acceptance of the goods

In the event of unjustified non-acceptance of the goods, we will invoice the costs which will be borne by us. The right to make use of our contractual rights remains unaffected by this.

Obligation to check / complaints

Control of parcels upon receipt / Legal guarantees

In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them upon receipt.

It is essential to check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.). If the packaging is damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery, with mention of return to sender (Stay Alive vintage store).


The buyer is required to notify Stay Alive vintage store in writing of any possible defect within 8 days of receipt of the delivery, attaching the delivery note and/or copy of the invoice to the complaint. The lack of complaint on the part of the buyer is worth approval of the goods.

Returns of defective goods are made at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. Any damage to the material, resulting from insufficient packaging cannot engage the responsibility of Stay Alive vintage store. It is strongly advised to pack the returned products well and to enclose a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back, and will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Products returned postage due will be systematically refused.

Carrier related damage is not covered by a Stay Alive vintage store warranty.
